1. How do I make a purchase?
Browse the site and select the items you would like to purchase. When you have selected an item, choose your preferred size and/or colour option (where appropriate) and then select the quantity you require and click 'add to cart'. You can see what items you have in your shopping cart at any time by looking at the mini shopping cart (this is situated at the top right of every page). Here you can click 'show cart' to go to the main shopping cart page, where you can update your cart and add or remove items. When you have finished shopping click 'checkout' and follow the checkout procedure.
NOTE: If you have a discount coupon, please enter the number in the box provided and click submit. Please ensure that the correct discount amount has been deducted from your order total before proceeding.
If this is the first time you have shopped with Sejoose! you will need to register. The registration process will create an account for you, making shopping at Sejoose! much quicker next time you visit.
Once your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation via email. You will also receive Emails informing you of the progress of your order throughout the process
2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, but this is a very quick and simple procedure which merely involves choosing a username and password during the order process. This will save you having to re-enter all of your details the next time you shop at Sejoose!
3. What payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your order using any major Credit Card or a PayPal account.
PLEASE NOTE: Credit card payments are also processed using PayPal's secure payment system. However, you DO NOT need to log in to PayPal to pay by Credit Card. If you do not wish to set up a PayPal account or your PayPal account does not have sufficient funds, you can simply use PayPal to pay with your Credit Card. There is no charge for this service.

4. Is it safe to shop online at Sejoose!?
All payments are processed via PayPal using their highly secure payment system. We do not collect or retain any of your payment details on our servers.
5.What will happen when I place my order online?
We will let you know when your order has been dispatched and we will inform you of any changes to your order status prior to despatch.
6. What if I have a problem placing my order online or I’m not sure it’s gone through?
You can view your order history and the status of any current orders by logging into your account and going to 'account maintenance'. If you need to amend or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, because orders are often despatched the same day! You can contact us via the 'contact us' link on our website.
7 . How do I know which size to purchase?

8.What delivery options do you offer and how much do they cost?
Our Standard Delivery service takes 1-4 working days.
If the items you require are are in stock they will usually be sent out within 24 hours. If you require the items urgently contact us and we do our best to help and advise you of revised postal costs.

9. Are there any areas of the UK you can’t deliver to?
We deliver to any part of the UK that Royal mail can deliver to.
10. Do I have to sign for the delivery when it arrives?
All order totals above £10 (excluding delivery charge) will be sent by recorded deliver and will require a signature.
11. How do I return an item?
Please contact us before you return any items to us. Items must be returned within 14 days with the original packing slip via recorded delivery.
